Our sessions are done in one hour blocks. Two sessions a week are recommended with at least one day between sessions. When you schedule, plan for Monday and Wednesday, Tuesday and Thursday, or Friday and Sunday. Of course you can also do more than one day between sessions.
We personalize lessons to meet the students where they are. We build on their prior knowledge and skills to create a path to success.
Orton-Gillingham Phonics – $130 per hour
The Orton-Gillingham approach is a more direct teaching method designed to help students when reading, writing, and spelling do not come easy. More advanced cases of reading issues, including potential dyslexia, benefit from this approach.
Reading Comprehension – $100 per hour
Our reading tutorial focuses on assisting students with reading comprehension. We implement strategies that allow students to construct meaning out of the text.
Math Tutorial – $100 per hour
We focus on basic math skills through the use of visuals, hands-on manipulatives and technology.
